How it works
A flight already paid for. The way back is yours.
An empty leg is a private flight that has to take off without passengers. Operators would rather sell it than fly it empty, so you get a private jet at a fraction of the usual price.
What an empty leg is
One client pays the outbound flight. You fly the return.
A client charters a jet from Milan to Olbia. The aircraft then has to return to Milan with nobody on board: that return is an empty leg, and the operator puts it on sale on JetHopper.
Booking
From search to take-off in four steps.
-
Find a flight
Browse departures or destinations. Every flight shows times, aircraft, seats and price: no quote to request.
-
Whole jet or single seats
Book the entire aircraft for your group or, when the operator allows it, only the seats you need.
-
Pay securely
Enter the passengers and pay by card through Stripe. Seats are held for you for 15 minutes while you check out.
-
Fly
You receive the confirmation by email. Show up at the private aviation terminal shortly before departure with a valid ID.
Good to know
Flexible travellers get the best deals.
Times can move
An empty leg depends on the client's flight. The operator may adjust the time or, rarely, cancel it: in that case you are refunded in full.
Clear cancellation rules
Each operator sets its own cancellation policy. You see it at checkout, before paying, and it never changes after you book.
