Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

The JetHopper website is operated by [Ragione sociale], VAT number [P.IVA], registered office [Indirizzo] ("JetHopper", "we"). You can contact us through the contact page.

2. Our role

JetHopper is a marketplace that publishes empty-leg flights offered by licensed air carriers ("operators") and lets you book and pay for them. The contract of carriage is concluded between you and the operator named on the flight page, who is responsible for performing the flight under its own conditions of carriage and applicable aviation law.

3. Bookings

A booking is binding once the payment has been authorised and you receive the confirmation email. While you complete the checkout, the selected seats are held for 15 minutes; if the payment is not completed in time the hold lapses and the seats are released.

You must provide accurate passenger details. The operator may refuse boarding to passengers whose details or travel documents are missing, wrong or invalid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the flight currency and include the services described on the flight page. Payment is made by card through Stripe directly to the operator; JetHopper receives a commission from the operator.

5. Changes and cancellations by the operator

Empty legs depend on other flights. The operator may change the departure time or cancel the flight. If the operator cancels, you receive a full refund of the amount paid. JetHopper is not liable for consequential costs such as hotels or connecting transport.

6. Cancellations by you

Each operator sets its own cancellation policy, which is shown at checkout before payment and saved with your booking. Refunds are calculated according to that policy and the time left before departure. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services booked for a specific date.

7. Liability

The operator is liable for the performance of the flight under the applicable international conventions and EU law. JetHopper is liable only for the correct operation of its booking service, within the limits allowed by law.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, for example by automated scraping, attempts to bypass security measures or false bookings.

9. Complaints, law and jurisdiction

Write to us through the contact page with your booking reference. These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of your country of residence if you are a consumer. EU consumers can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
